No it’s not. There’s an Aeroflot flight over my head right now. I guess we’ll wait with making it official until all countries around us closed their airspace so the decision becomes useless.
I don’t get the purpose of punishing innocent civilians over their villain leaders…
Overall these kind of protests or sanctions never work in the past. Instead, it makes people get united behind their leader because of the damage/disadvantage they get due to the sanction.
Real sanction: seize Russian leaders financial instruments here in Europe, ban their entry, stop governmental-level collaborations and trade
Anything that damages private individuals is just spraying fuel on fire… never worked in the past, won’t work in the future.
Remember, a Russian neighbor cannot be accused of their leader’s mistake, and shouldn’t be banned to go back home, or vice versa.
