US should do something like this. First time home buyer’s should pay minimum mortgage interest. Individuals, Groups and Companies who have multiple houses and give out Rentals can pay premium mortgage interest rates.
Yeah, purchasing a home has been horrible since INFONAVIT stopped focusing building and started to focus on financing for private real state companies, the houses are shitty and focused on single familiy buildings that ended up with horrible prices, I don’t think they will stop the single family housing tho, which is a shame. Not to mention how corruption will find it’s way on this pie.
Hope she makes like 3 or 4 story apartment blocks instead sprawling urban single family homes since that will make being close to your place of work difficult depending how far it is.
>focuses on female-led households, young people, Indigenous communities and senior citizens.
At this point, why not just say “Anyone but adult males” really.
Oh yeah. I forgot Mexico actually elected its first ever female president ahead of USA. Could have been quite a year for women if Harris won. Instead next 4 years are going to be quite something for women. And not in a good way.
Good for them dealing with housing though. Wish more countries would focus on it instead of kicking the can down the road and/or blaming the other party.

Oh, this must be for all those people who said they’d be leaving the US if Trump won. Although, all of them wanted to go to Canada instead for some reason.

Has housing in Mexico been unaffordable/unobtainable or is this in preparations for US deportations? Genuine question and I am ignorant on the subject.
