  1. And one of the coldest of the century!

    Edit: Seriously, this should be our headline. Let’s stop this idea that we’re experiencing climate change in the present. Let’s put the context that what we’ve already done is baked into the next 50-100 (and more) years.

    Edit2: Maybe “coldest of the century” is too confusing for people. “Scientists say 2024 virtually certain to be coldest year of babies lives”.

  3. Every year since what 2020 has had this news? Preaching to the choir when the billionaires that can make actual changes and are responsible for this don’t care.

  5. They say this every year. Even where I live but the temperatures stayed in the same range. I am pretty paranoid about climate, so I’m always watching. But nothing really changed where I live. Nothing rose.

    Of course, I am no professional, so what do I know?

  8. I’m just trying to imagine how it’s going to be on the Arabian peninsula if it keeps raining there. And the north Atlantic will continue to be full of glacial melt from the arctic sea and mislead people on both sides of the pond into thinking things aren’t heating up and remaining complacent, good consumers for one more fiscal quarter. But imagine the Arabian peninsula with humidity, oi!
