  2. We know he won’t stop it. The problem is, he won’t support any kind of program to actually reach any meaningful goal like a carbon tax. In 4 years it will be too late.

  3. Okay, but he can absolutely put tariffs on solar panels. You just watch the deployment grind to a halt when they cost 60% more.
