It is my first year from non eu country. I tried to turn on my radiator (actually it was on 3 since this spring). I turned it on to 5 and it is cold forever. I tried everything from youtube, removing air, checking valve pin. I think hot water is being supplied since I can feel heat from inlet and outlet pipe. Can anyone advise how to fix my cold radiator?

Remove the thermostat, it is a spring loaded bayonet lock, by griping the inner ring and turning the outer ring. bet the needle that regulates the flow is stuck in the closed position. Take a small hammer and tap ever so slightly on the needle a few times. If it gets loose, the radiator works, otherwise call a technician
This might be a redundant question, but is the cental heating even on?
If yes, it might be that the central heating only heats during certain times of day, ie it will only start to heat up usually in the evenings or early mornings but not necessarily during the day.
If the other radiators are fine you might have a spot problem but if none of the radiators work could be that the pipe is centrally closed?
I have floor heating and we have a bunch of valves in the wall that regulate the amount of heated water. Maybe they have been closed by the previous owners/tenants?
