How can any government just look at it all an be hesitant about helping Ukraine with full force??
Of course they would blow up the dam.

This has nothing to do with conquering Ukraine to make it part of Ruzzia. It is about savagery, murder, looting and distracting their own population from the fact that Ruzzia is a terribly shitty country on all counts.
The people are vile; Either they are committing war crimes, cheering them on, or so apathetic that they just don’t care about anyone but feeding their own alcoholism and drug addictions. Describing it as a bunch of Orc’s out of LOTR is right on point.
They have no long term plan. It is about spreading suffering and death. They will tear down anyone who is better than they are, and that makes it the entire world except for the few nations that support them.

For reference, the dam and reservoir are about an hour west of Donetsk. It flows west to the Dnipro river, but has flood plains immediately west and south of the reservoir.
Looks like Putin responded to Trumps request not to escalate. Trump needs to communicate now that he is ok with the U.S. and NATO immediately permitting Ukraine to use long range missiles inside Russia. Trump has to show strength; this will give him leverage when he goes for his 24 hour settlement.
