Am Greek. Am extremely wary and amused by Greece making any sort of any EU wide financial proposal.

Even Greece pushing for more EU integration now.
There already are joint energy [policies](https://energy.ec.europa.eu/topics/energy-strategy/energy-union_en). etc. The Energy Union was described as the biggest European project since the European Coal and Steel Community.
