The German government asks utility firm Uniper to resume its plans to build a liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal, as Germany steps up its plans to cut dependence on Russian gas

  1. Canada has lots of natural gas on the east coast that can be used to supply Europe, the wells are capped and the deposit is untouched. Located on the west coast of Newfoundland, a large deposit in a domolitic limestone, aka sweet gas, just waiting to be used.

  2. The Iberian Peninsula has 8 LNG terminals. The EU must put pressure on the French gov to give green light to the STEP pipe between Spain and France.
