Country now behind only the US on number of international researchers hosted
Germany hosts more international researchers than any other country in the world except the United States, according to a new study.
In the 2020-21 academic year, Germany hosted about 75,000 researchers, the study by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) found—second only to the US with about 86,000.
