Good news!π
DPRK? where is the D of democracy? π
No matter who's in the White House, Russia will never abandon its allies regardless whether any US president is friendly or not. US presidents will keep changing but Russia's neighbors and its geopolitics will not. Russia will always stand by N.Korea, China, Iran and Vietnam. Russia had once already been betrayed by the West after it's abandonment of the USSR.
