Hello,
So I am a student here in Berlin with a student residence permit which will end in November 30 which is in a few days, due to the slow university processes, my grade will come out after my residence permit expiration which leaves me no time to change it to a job seeking visa, so I have applied for an extension with an official document from the university that I am still a student. As you know the website has removed booking an appointment directly so I had to submit all the documents and a form for an application and got the response in the screenshot which says that I should wait for their response and refrain from contacting again. I have submitted this two months ago not now and I still have not gotten any type of response or an appointment and I am worried that the expiration time might pass and I won’t get any response. In this case, what should I do? Should I contact again? Should I visit somewhere? Please help.
Thank you in advance.

You’re legally allowed to stay until they make a decision. If your residence permit expires, go to ABH and get a Fiktionsbescheinigung. IDK how this works in Berlin, but in Munich if it expires and you applied for a new one, you can go in without an appointment, wait in line and have one issued as an emergency.
For the rest (job seeker visa, how exmatriculation interacts with this whole process etc), I cannot offer any tips.
