Old boat house? Norwegians used to build shacks and sheds right into the water or very near for their fishing vessels. These days you renovate them into proper homes and rent it out/sell it for a fortune.

Airbnb has no ownership or anything to do with that rental unit, they are just the platform where you arranged a booking for a privately owned unit. Why are we falling victim to Silicon valley dictating language to us via subversive marketing?
