I hope they didn’t think “koi mil gaya (Indian remake of ET)” was a documentary
There’s alien stuff in religion/mythology in India iirc?
This is misunderstanding about aliens from outer space and aliens in political demographic terms most likely
UAE and Saudi Arabia are just waiting for global disclosure to present their infrastructure lol
As an FYI, there is a congressional hearing tomorrow, November 13, featuring 4 witnesses that are testifying to congress regarding UFOs (now called UAP). The premise is that a non-human intelligence has been interacting with humanity for a long time, the interaction is not new, and there are unelected people in the government that are aware of it.
This is a followup from last years UAP hearing in which a whistleblower named Dave Grusch (who delivered the daily presidential briefings) testified that the government has a secret reverse engineering program to figure out crashed ufos. This has since been corroborated by several high ranking government and military officials. Since that hearing, senators have been trying to pass the UAP Disclosure Act as part of the 2024 NDAA. Crazy ass legislation that mentions non-human intelligence 23 times.
There have always been random people coming out and saying UFOs/UAP are real, but over the last 24 months, the credentials of people saying so are pretty remarkable.
Not “belief in aliens”. They believe aliens will visit earth soon.
As an Indian, this is quite surprising to me. We believe in a lot of hocus pocus, but aliens visiting us not a big deal here.
There are no dedicated UFOlogists or government conspiracy theory groups in here. Considering how much mainstream this is in USA, I’d have expected USA to be #1 in this. But 43%? Damn, we freaky. That said, would be nice to know the sampling of this data.

Hinduism lends itself to that
