Germany NET income from BWA: Which info should we consider?

Hello!
I have a stupid question 🙂
I am a self-employed person and I'm trying to figure out what my "Net monthly income" is according to my BWA. I have attached a BWA template and would really want to know which amount I should consider when I search for an apartment. Can you please tell? Is it "Betriebseinnahmen", or "Vorläufiges Ergebnis" or which?
