  1. For those who want to do something to push back against the laws and policies that Trump WILL try to enforce during his Second Term, watch and share this video:

[Legal Plan to SAFEGUARD America from Trump STARTING NOW](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=o74bAOIlfZA&pp=ygUhTGVnYWwgY29uc3RpdHV0aW9uIHNhZmVndWFyZCBwbGFu)

“…there is a strategic way to use the federal courts in democratic states and appellate circuits to flood the zone to oppose Trump’s policies and new laws…”

I’d also recommend following MeidasTouch and similar channels.

  2. There’s a bill being voted on in Congress now that would let the treasury dept just declare that a nonprofit is a terrorist organization and remove its tax exempt status

    – Meaning Donald Trump can go after any organized protest group and shut it down.

He can shut down save the children, he can shut down Doctors Without Borders, ANY group big or small that he doesn’t like.

Please call your Congress people and say to vote NO on the Stop Terror-Financing and Tax Penalties on American Hostages Act

  3. This is incredibly naive. Trump has shown time and again he does not care for norms or precedent.

Of all the various agendas the right wingers have, removing climate protections and doubling down on fossil fuels and pollution is the easiest one.

They may never start mass deportation or shut down Obamacare or even the EPA. But rolling back climate protections **are invisible actions that have no immediate visible effect** on the vast majority of people.

Further, a large section of the US populace lives in climate apathy and just doesn’t care. There are some who are actively destructive … there are innumerable example of people voting for Trump because they want “cheap gas”.

  4. We really need to start working at holding people’s feet to the fire to let it be known concessions need to be made on a broad scale and at the same time offer flexibility and opportunity to people to find their footing in this mess so we all can flourish, and count on one another to try to lend a hand and ear in spite of how divisive we can be. But there needs to be recognition that when it concerns someone’s stance and intended action, they need to be able to sit and discuss it openly and honestly, regularly, until there’s enough agreement across the board to proceed with that action in good faith, and hold each other accountable. We can’t continue to allow ignorance and corruption to continue to derail us. I think this could be accomplished with an accessible, inclusive platform on which to air collaborate and deliberate, or air our grievances to better assist each other in exercising our power, so as to navigate the future better together. Like an online public forum that helps us understand each other better. Because this lack of cohesion, mismanagement, and crappy attitudes aren’t getting us anywhere close to where we need to be, really. Imho
