Lebanon-based Hezbollah launched a large rocket attack on Israel targeting the northern cities including Haifa. The Israeli Army has claimed that Hezbollah fired nearly 200 rockets, out of which many were intercepted. Several rockets were aimed at the Galilee Medical Center. In retaliation, Israel launched airstrikes against Hezbollah positions in Northern Lebanon. Meanwhile, the Arab nations led by Saudi Arabian Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman condemned Israeli actions in Lebanon and Gaza. Arab nations have warned Israel against ramping up its military offensive against Iran. Meanwhile, the Israeli Foreign Minister has ruled out a ceasefire deal with Lebanon regarding Hezbollah and said that Israel is in touch with US President-Elect Donald Trump regarding the next actions in the region.
