The german Carnevale in cologne is one of the biggest open air parties in Germany.
After canceling it last year everyone was hyped to have it back.
However the carnivale committee said they can’t conduct their normal party with what’s happening in Ukraine so they changed it into a peace demonstration / carnivale hybrid.
