**Some practical ways to do it:**
1) Stop buying Russian products and services
2) Sell every Russian stock You own
3) Don’t use any service related to Russia
4) Don’t provide projects that are somehow related to Russian companies or the Russian government
5) If you work in a Russian company it’s now a good time to go and find an international one*
6) If You Live in Russia, show your opposition against the Putin regime
