  21. What the fuck did I just read. It’s Textbook narcissism and probably psychopath. He started off with classic love bombing before things turned abusive. How a judge thought anyone could rehabilitate him I really don’t know.

    Abuse against women really isn’t taken seriously anywhere (for those wondering, this case is up north not here). There’s a worldwide epidemic of violence against women and it needs to be taken seriously.

    Therefore, that judge should be held civilly liable for any injuries inflicted as they would not have occurred if he *had* sent him to prison.

    The judge has inadvertently admitted to failing in his duty.

  38. If you are canvassed by a politician ask them if they will issue a public statement calling for new prisons and longer sentences.

    They’ll all tell you that they want to be tough on crime but if they haven’t been forced to put their options on the record they won’t do a single thing.

    They live in a bubble where putting violent criminals in prison is taboo

  39. This is not that shocking to me. The actual literal years and years of abuse my sister gets from his ex is madness. Going so far as to try to pay a local header to kill her. Every time his in court there is the Gardai defending him and the judge letting him off. His a scummy cunt and I’m 99% sure his an informant for them. They told her they can do nothing until he actually carries out his threats. Last year I called him and laid a few threats of my own for when I see him again, cue 3 gardai on my doorstep to warn me about it. Fucking cunts only do whatever is in their own interests
