  2. Are these not the ones owned by the former head of the Land Development Agency that was meant to built more affordable housing to help with the crisis

  3. Says there in the ad “sharing with 4 people”. So that’s €5000 pm in total.

    If the landlord has a mortgage for this place, I wouldn’t believe for a second it’s anymore than maybe €7-800 pm at the very maximum. It should be illegal to charge your tenants 6+ times your mortgage payments.
