Says there in the ad “sharing with 4 people”. So that’s €5000 pm in total.
If the landlord has a mortgage for this place, I wouldn’t believe for a second it’s anymore than maybe €7-800 pm at the very maximum. It should be illegal to charge your tenants 6+ times your mortgage payments.
5 people to the place. That’s 5000 Euro a month. That seems a lot to cover your mortgage.
It’s a really cool room and good use of space – I’d like it , at max that would be €500. It’s one room.
