I am glad to know that ukraine has the ability to build at least dirty bombs within days, and smuggle them into russia within weeks.
From the biggest church strait bridge attack we know that ukraine is able to penetrate even the most secure areas, and has staff that doesn’t shy back from sacrificing their own life for delivering a major hit.
The only open question is whether in such a scenario, ukraine would go the extra mile and build actual nuclear weapons.
This would be what happens if you take away somebody’s nuclear weapons against the promise of protection and then break your promise.
