No. Croquetas have oval shape, no round. And the tortilla is totally disappointing: olives, red pepper, strange dark spots, etc. You need to fire your provider ASAP.

As an American living in Spain you always hear sSpaniards saying that their mother/grandmother makes the best tortilla. I always thought “sure EVERYONE’S mother/grandmother can’t make the best tortilla”. Then I got a Spanish girlfriend and realized that my suegra makes THE BEST tortilla in Spain! Restaurant/Bar tortilla doesn’t even compare to Spanish mom tortilla!
