Partition it between Ukraine, Finland and Australia.
To make things interesting why don’t we just create the great empire of Lichtenstein vs the holy kingdom of the Vatican or something like that.
Based on that we need to make austria bigger before splitting it. I vote for Germany so after this we can go Germany> Switzerland> Austria.
