  1. this individual was known not only for his culinary achievements but also for his public criticism of the russian government

  2. I wonder, aloud, what will happen when Putin’s famous need for carrying out executions of dissenters comes to U.S. soil in the next four years with Trump’s tacit approval?

  3. Why would you go to Serbia if you’re a famous Putin critic? That’s just insane.

  4. At that point I believe russian hit men carry their own window with themselves. So if u spot two russian guys on the street carrying a window u better start running for Ur life. Run to the hills…

  5. I think the Salisbury poisonings show, that really, you’re not that safe anywhere. There are operatives all around the world for every country that can off someone.

  6. “His body was found late on Tuesday in a flat that he was renting in Belgrade while on a visit to promote his latest book…”

“Prosecutors told CBS News’ partner network BBC News that the flat was locked from the inside and the death did not appear to be suspicious, but that an autopsy was due to take place.”

  7. The career progression of kids taking a catering course in college is evidently wildly different in Russia compared to the rest of the world.

These Russian chefs find themselves in absolutely wild situations all the time.

  8. Damn! I went to his restaurant in London and it was fantastic. Very sad. Fuck Putin.

  9. dude like this is going to be a DISASTER for Russia in the long run, like they’ve legitimized violence in the political process.

When Putin eventually ‘steps down’ it’s going to be a bloodbath for the succession, and possibly all -subsequent- successions if they cant find someone AS strongman-y as Putin.

  10. Yet another act of war by Russia. Where is the response?

  11. I guess there are no balconies to jump out of in Belgrade…

  12. Tragically, Russia is the most dangerous thing for any Russian.
