The Henichesk lake is located in the north of the Arabat spit. This lake is salty and saturated with minerals. The kitchen salt has been extracted here long since and the brine is used in medicine and cosmetology. When the brine gets concentrated in summer, the lake turns pink. The crispy pink salt sparkles on sunny days on the shores. Tourists and photographers from all over the country come to have a look at the pink lake.
