I‘m buying a box of Pokémon cards and they were pretty cheaply priced. Now they send me this… is this a scam?

    How old is the account and does he have any ratings?

    Its not Kleinanzeigen I hope? And Ebay will gladly give you your money back if you dont receive anything.

    He even offers you a cancellation if you cant wait a week.

  5. I mean it could be that what he says is true, he also offered you that you can just cancel the order if it’s taking too long for you

  6. I don’t think so, so might be a god scam. Keep us updated.
    But my feeling as an online seller is it seems legit and sending the parcel one week later won’t really affect anything, except you have it a week later.

    Did he put already a parcel tracking id in the system? If so check if it is one that already has been used or is used right now to send something as a decoy.

  12. Maybe he didn’t notice and sold the card for just a few Euro, now he wants the buyer to cancel the order, so he can sell them again for a higher price

  14. This happened to me (seller) once. I sold an item and couldn’t post it straight away because I was travelling. I offered free shipping to the buyer to make up for the late delivery.
