2. He is not a government official. This was an illegal representation of our country under the Logan Act. Lock him up!

6. Regardless of one’s opinions of Musk, it’s not unusual or unprecedented for prominent citizens and businesspeople to act as unofficial go betweens for governments without (and often times even with) diplomatic relations.
