3 months ago went teetotal, years of chronic weed abuse and smoking cigs, weekend drinking and general low mood swings. So enough was enough, I began to lift weights and got a new hobby in kickboxing, caffeine/refined sugar kicked and feeling like alot better, my sleep is a lot better but I still feel like I’m not doing enough.

I’m hoping this will change but I’m super proud of the switch up regardless, thought I’d share that just to give myself a pat on the back. Any other advice welcome to help my newfound journey!
