Zurich Insurance Austria has appointed Luciano Cirina as its new chief executive, succeeding Kurt Moller, who assumed the role after Andrea Sturmer’s departure in September, Commercial Risk reported. Mr. Cirina, a former executive at Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A., was ousted in 2022 after a failed bid for the chief executive position due to an alleged breach of loyalty.
