  7. If your relatives are in shock they aren’t true MAGAs probably uninformed moderates (“I voted for Trump because egg prices are too high”) or fascism hobbyists. True MAGAs just say any negative things are fake news or were caused by Obama. Realization will never set in. MAGAs died of covid and as they took that last gasp of breath they still loved Trump and hated Democraps for the fake plandemic.

  8. I wish I shared your sentiment, but no MAGA regrets this. Pop on over to the conservative sub, and those people are beating off to every cabinet nomination and can’t wait for Trump to get in office and tear it all down. The only people who might regret, and I mean might, are those who sat the election out, protest-voted, misogynists who refuse to vote for a woman, or ill-informed single-issue voters who decided that maybe it won’t be that bad this time. Again, that’s a big maybe.

  17. MAGA is pretty happy. They don’t like Rubio or Stefanik but otherwise they’re pretty thrilled. Non-MAGA aren’t so happy, saying they voted for Trump but not Gaetz, Hegseth etc. The squishy middle who voted Trump because of vibes have no idea about any of this.

Idk if my best friend is feeling that because I haven’t spoken to her aside from a blowout a couple days after the election when I realized she voted for him (I knew she was conservative but I thought she denounced MAGA…). I also have been removing acquaintances from FB posting anything at all insinuating they voted for him. Even someone who posted an inflation chart with no explanation. I’m done with them all. Getting a passport and preparing for the worst.

  25. My family has spent tens of thousands of dollars supporting our Maga relatives, who are all disabled and on some form of healthcare or “handouts”.

    I am seriously considering cutting them off.
