  1. Probably a tad controversial around here, but if you manage to get a property with one of the hereditary landlords you are generally well set. I know someone who has been in one of the Grosvenor properties in Chester for a decade and, while they haven’t gone to the extent of the Brondanw Estate, they’re a great landlord. When covid hit and his freelance job in the arts dried up they gave a no strings attached rent holiday until work came back.

    I guess greed can be limited by already having everything you could ever want.
