  1. So very sad. This is the new normal my teachers warned us about back in the 1970s. Find a way to get all the cars off the streets and seal off at least the first two floors of all buildings. The streets are spillways now.

  2. The video showsa portion of the Riera sant vicenc, a river culvert that starts in the mountains, is then turned into a car park and runs down to the sea,, via a main road and through a CAR PARK.I also so liked 'experts put it down to climate change' yeh STOP CLOUD SEEDING to make it rain.

  3. and this is happening while the zombie fuel cartels are reaping record profits.
    will they be held accountable?
not as long as the rich and well connected are in power.

  4. Nino for two years now we get the niña we need the rain so don’t complain happend in 1957 in Valencia and climate change was not even a subject

  5. So, the COP this year is being run by a country which produces lots of oil and gas. Marvellous – just what we need.

  6. Having seen Spanish city planning, I am not surprised that roads turned into rivers like that. City built in Grids with no places for water to go, everything is either paved or tarred and rarely and trees and open spaces around the core of the cities.
