Salt and Tartar sauce are the only acceptable answers 👌
Garlic mayo
[removed]
Garlic salt and parmesan cheese crumbles
Salt, Cheddar Cheese and Gravy.
Gravy and cheese. Or red salt and cheese
Curry Sauce!
I agree with curry sauce
Battered fish, beans and a dollop of lemon mayo
HP brown scauce
Mushy peas
I would always agree curry sauce however not in the bag. Salt & vinegar only in the bag curry in the box. Unless it’s a curry dip then best if both worlds.
Salt, vinegar (preferably onion vinegar) and dark soy sauce
Fried haddock and more chips. Mushy pees for some wet.
Gravy 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Gaviscon or Peptobismol 😁
Ice cream
There’s a shocking lack of red sauce in these answers.
Salt & vinegar
Red or brown sauce.
Mayonnaise 👌
B tier – salt and vinegar
A tier – gravy
S tier – pepper sauce
Salt and vinegar, and back home I would often have gravy
My inner Canadian growing up takes over here.
Gravy and Cheese curds!!!! Now!!!
Seriously there is great cheese here, great chips, great gravy, slap them together but make sure the cheese is curds (not fully processed) and England is cooking in the poutine game.
Instead whenever I visit family in Canada I eat a years worth of poutine.
