Even though it may mitigate a drone strike, anything beyond the basic mesh cope cage is nothing but a Potemkin village. Would you rather be sitting away from the front, in relative safety, making these things, or would you be driving them on the front instead? I bet ruskis take their sweet time to make these elaborate circuses on wheels just so they wouldn’t have to fight. But fighting day comes too, and coincidentally it’s nearly always on the same day as “lose your legs day”, or “just die day”.

This is going to suck when it blows up and one of the passengers flies 30 feet into the air and lands on this shit. Then dies from being impaled after luckily surviving the explosion as we see them do sometimes.
I hope (or not) that they’ve all had their tetanus shots with all that rusty metal.
When that thing detonates from a mine or Javelin or whatever those spikes are going to kill every friendly troop within 300 meters

So you’re a soldier positioned anywhere near this thing. An explosive impacting it sends these metal spines flying through anything it hits. Much like a porcupine can throw its quills. Nice job of making the war so much more lethal for Russians.

All these 1/2 measures and adhoc fixes have failed so far . I don’t see this working either. These FPS drone pilots can hit the same spot over and over again with ease. This setup may buy the crew one hit but the second drone 30 seconds behind….. every ton of “up armor”(lol) just reduces top speed/range/visibility/camouflage and wear n tear on already stressed transmissions. The van with 1 extra layer of all season road tires spotted earlier this week just shows how desperate the orcs are getting. That super heated copper isn’t going to be deterred much by some rubber or silly spikes….
Look at all the ballistic projectiles when it hits a mine.
I like the hellraiser coffin that they built for themselves. That’s totally f****** metal. dye orcs!
The guys making these contraptions are doing what they can to keep themselves away from the Frontline. As long as they can get their commander to buy their ideas, they, themselves don’t have to go to the actual front.
