Also he must end corruption and nazi-militia in Ukraine before Ukraine can even dream about a membership.

The only way to support ukraine more is direct nato intervention but we all know that cannot happen

If you watch his speech, he didn’t say that in a demanding tone, more of an urge.

what else should be done? Short of sending troops on the front, EU countries are doing everything they can. And sending troops is more of a NATO decision anyway
Some EU/EU adjacent countries were a bit slow on the uptake but it’s clear now basically everyone is with Ukraine on this one once reality of what was actually going on hit home. Squabbles between western countries suddenly became very irrelevant.
