Belarusian border guards found another corpse of refugee on border with Poland

The corpse of a refugee was spotted in a swamp on the Belarusian-Polish border, reports BelTA.

According to the State Border Committee, November 15, Grodno border guards in Svisloch district found a refugee – a citizen of the Republic of Yemen, who had no signs of life. The body was found in a swamp in close proximity to the border with Poland.

As specified the Investigative Committee, an investigative and operational team worked at the scene. A backpack with personal belongings and documents of the deceased was found nearby.

The IC emphasized that the criminal actions of the officials of the neighboring party were thoroughly documented. Svisloch District Department of the Investigative Committee will give a fundamental legal assessment of what happened.
