Came across this video, wherein they open up plastic models (kinda old, but reputed brands) of hand blenders, but they were not quite open about the brands, models, etc.
Would you guys have any opinion on newer stainless steel models from Bosch.
For instance, this model.
* Can this model be dismantled for cleaning purposes?
* Does it seal properly unlike the ones shown in the video?
* Read in some Youtube comments that Bosch uses silicone sealants around the motor. But they also advertise using the device in boiling pots – but silicone's melting point isn't that high (~60 deg Celsius) – any comments?
* Any comments on Bosch repair service? Do they reply to queries at all? – has been 5 working days without a reply in my case
* Bosch small kitchen appliances repair shops are available throughout major cities or?
