  1. “No taxes on overtime”. Yeah, Trump knew the suckers wouldn’t read the fine print.

  2. Well, there are going to be a lot of pissed off employers soon. I won’t be working overtime when this goes into effect if my job takes advantage of it.

  3. CEO’s gonna be paid time-and-a-half for their lunch meetings while the workers earn nothing.

  4. Guess I’ll still keep making overtime pay and having the government just take and take and take and take

  5. Shocker, wealthy set rules and policies that benefit their interests

  6. Honestly, they elected a liar, so I can’t imagine what you would expect

  7. That’s a misleading headline. The rule that was struck down banned employers from classifying employees earning less than 58K as exempt employees. It DID NOT eliminate overtime for those employees

  8. Accountability is out the window per the $upreme Court, can’t protest in the frump era, he’s planning on using red State national guard against blue States, just remember how they cleared the square for the upside down Bible picture….we will surely see it live, home of the brave fortunately or unfortunately…

  9. I am laughing so hard right now. Thnx morons. Some of us r gonna bank so frigging much. Now I have an incentive to sign up for those early morning prod releases. 😂

  10. I love that Trump isn’t even in office and you’re blaming him for the court decision. This was more about employee classification tests than “taking away overtime”.

It would be more effective to push for OT by the day instead of by the week anyway.

  11. Well, technically he didn’t lie. You pay no taxes on overtime if you have zero overtime pay. Suck it down. We chose it, we deserve it.

  12. That would exempt almost everyone from OT pay, except the ones who don’t need it.

  13. Well I’m fucked as a nurse in a right to work state and hospital with no union 💀

  14. The best thing about this is it was already implemented 6 months ago, american companies already adapted to it and everything was fine, there was literally no reason to cancel this other than knowing trump was elected and wouldnt fight to reinstate it. So congrats everyone of you who voted for trump youve now stolen 15 thousand dollars in salary and untold amounts of overtime from americans, keeping people poor will really help against inflation

  15. I’m pretty sure this is only applying to salaried workers, not hourly.

  16. Can states override this judgement with their own labor laws? I’m in Pennsylvania and know that labor laws here are pretty archaic (breaks and lunches are not guaranteed).

  17. When your wage is that low an eight hour OT shift is like $2 after taxes…
