Beyond that it would be a catastrophe for russia to occupy.
Baltic States ARE in NATO so the conflict would be with whole Europe+US through Article 5. If Ukraine conflict doesn’t trigger WW3 then attacking Baltics possibly would.

It’s not a mind flex, I know which countries are here. They have to be here to show good faith and political posturing. But you 100% confident when the shit hits the fan that they’ll be fully committed? I’m not. Especially when you have politicians of some of those nations in bed with Russians.

I don’t want to highlight this specifically but I think Finland is in more danger than the Baltic states. All of the Baltic states are in NATO
