By state doesn’t tell the full story at all It shows that people tend to want to live in democratic states and are prepared to pay more to do so. It would be interesting to see this against home ownership rates. I live in CO but plan to retire back home in KY. I wonder why? It’s almost like the places people want to live have higher housing prices.
