  1. Why is Germany visually has more football pitches that UK?

  2. Germany, Netherlands and Belgium being one giant football pitch

  3. Dublin just a giant football pitch explains the housing crisis

  4. If you ever needed more proof that there’s nothing in the middle of Spain until you hit Madrid, this is it.

  5. Debunked millions of times. Every dot on this map is a MAPPED football field in Europe. Depending on the different sources used, which may vary vastly.

  6. If you said Football Stadiums i would’ve understood it but the fact it says football pitches and Romania is pretty much empty is insane. Almost every village in Romania has at least a football pitch.

  7. I’m sure there’re a lot more, they’re just not marked in the source material, so they don’t show up

  8. I’m surprised the Czech Republic and Slovakia have so many dots on that map considering neither of them are football powerhouses by any means.

  9. Dot represent what type of football pitch? It seems to be few in ireland… but everywhere you look, there’s another pitch just over the road.

  10. There are some in Greece that are balancing on tops of mountains. I know one in Evia. Then, a respectable city of 50000 citizens will have at least 2-3 stadiums.

  11. It’s a great tool for American geography lessons. Not the same football, but a field is a field.
