  3. Hopefully Trump 2.0 admin will be as leaky as 1.0. This plus the Jack Smith report and possibly more will (ideally) be tools for future prosecutors when we finally get tired of this mess.

    He’s already being discredited by some of the MAGA faithful who want to say his distaste for Gaetz is because they opposed each other in the circus surrounding Kevin McCarthy’s ouster.

    In the same interview, he expressed glowing support for the ultra right wing misogynist DoD nominee… the one with white supremacy tattoos… the one who paid off a woman that he sexually assaulted… the one whose only qualification is that he’s a weekend D list Fox News anchor.

  25. Trying not to be defeatist, but it won’t do any good. They’ve already let Trump run the government whist he was out of office. Now that he’s in, it’s fielty or death basically. These Reps should have got a spine when Trump started meddling from the “shadows”/out in the open, in 2020.

  28. It’s all theater. If republicans are calling for its release they must be really confident it will never happen.

  30. Trump is about to learn real leadership. That is to say, he will feel the pain on where he is lacking.  He is filling his cabinet with people who regularly put their own interests above their public position.  This puts him at a huge risk of discontent in his own admin and party leading to Trump being undermined or facing a string of embarrassing leaks.  Public servants only work when they serve the role first, not themselves nor ideals.
