Everything on that plate came from ALDI. Only thing that didn’t quite line up to a traditional english breakfast is the hashbrowns, but these cook way better in a pan.
I’ve found that buying exactly this has been a good way of saving cash every week. It gives you what you need for most meals and allows you to have a nice breakfast every now and again.
Almost perfect but I don’t see toast or fried bread. I don’t believe in hash browns. If you had just fried some pre boiled potatoes like the Scots do that would have been fine. Great to see the black pudding on there though. 8/10.
A lone piece of bread has infiltrated your plate and is hiding out beneath some bacon, beans and tomato. I had heard rumours of this but never seen it myself. Stay safe out there and remember to check your plates.
A good full Yorkshire breakfast is the one I once tried it’s called The Full Fodder Yorkshire Breakfast it includes Six Sausages, Six Rashers of Bacon, three Eggs, Three Full Mushrooms, Three Full Tomatoes, Black Pudding and Baked Beans. But the one I use to have every Monday morning at my favourite cafe in Yorkshire was the Desperate Dan this included 6 Sausages, 5 Eggs, 9 Rashers of Bacon smoked or unsmoked, 4 rounds of Fried Bread A heap of Mushrooms Four links of Black Pudding, Five Whole Tomatoes Fried, Full tin of Baked Beans and 6 rounds of Toast with either Jam or Marmalade and a pint pot of tea or coffee. The price of this was £9.99 there is a cafe in Whitby North Yorkshire that does the Gut Buster Breakfast this includes 9 Sausages 6 Eggs 10 Rashers of bacon 5 links of black pudding, A full tin of baked beans and a full tin of tomatoes, 6 rounds of fried bread 3 ladle full of Mushrooms and as much toast and jam/Marmalade as you can eat followed by a pint pot of tea/coffee the price of it £16.
