  1. Isn’t Ireland also the largest producer of powdered milk in the world? Heard we export most of it to China?

    Or does that come under the ‘Acidified Milk’ category, in which case we’re clearly not?

  3. A better use of carbon output than building more data centres in order for Google etc to sell advertising and our data.

  4. Can anyone tell me what German butter is like ? I’ve never had it .
    I do like French butter but can’t compare to KerryGold imo.

  5. It’s because of our grass fed cattle. Kerrygold is available all over the US and it costs a fortune!

    Pure gold mine for big butter.

  6. Supply and demand in action. Gold bars of butter with green accents is some product. Recognisable worldwide as a premium and quality product.
