Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said that Russia, Iran and Azerbaijan are discussing the construction of a railway from Azerbaijan to the port of Bandar Abbas on the Persian Gulf.
The construction of the Rasht-Astara line is currently underway, in addition to which Russian companies want to invest in the construction of a road with a Russian standard gauge from Parsabad to Bandar Abbas.
