  2. See USDA departures circa his first term. This is the intention. Not to fire- that would be bad PR. But forced resignation via relocation logistics.

  12. I wonder what would be the disposition of EPA’s office space in the Reagan Building, on the mall just a block from the White House and the Washington Monument? Why do I get the feeling it would end up in private hands.
