  14. He’s right too, and not just saying platitudes. NCOs are one of the biggest differentiators between how Russia fights and how Ukraine fights. Tactical flexibility that is built by good sergeants help create conditions for victory and exact a heavy toll from the enemy. Happy Sergeants’ Day, and Glory to the Heroes.
