To not get jailed for significant time during the height of his notoriety, survive a war with one of the biggest organised international crime syndicates operating in Europe where he was the number one target, end up accused of murder by a states witness politician, be found not guilty and run for election himself.
I hate glorification of scumbags but his story and character is hard to not be drawn in by.
