Operation Kayla Mueller was a U.S. military operation carried out in October 2019. It aimed to capture or kill Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of ISIS, in Syria. The mission was named in honor of Kayla Mueller, an American humanitarian worker who was captured and killed by ISIS. During the raid, U.S. Special Forces cornered al-Baghdadi, who then detonated a suicide vest, resulting in his death. This operation was a significant effort to weaken ISIS leadership and bring justice for the victims of their atrocities.

  1. Crazy to think these old gun cams were the most visceral footage out there 10 years ago. The stuff coming out of Ukraine really makes it look antiquated.

  2. Dam that’s what firepower superiority looks like, they became goo

  3. US Military is good at magic tricks. Wish I could buy tickets to have watched that.

I actually got to work on an aircraft involved in this very mission.

  4. Damn I was just reading the wiki on this raid like 10 minutes ago, dude took himself with an S vest

  5. I thought it was a DAP from the Night Stalkers, not an Apache.
