The German candidate for chancellor has declared that if his party wins, he is prepared to equip Ukraine with long-range Taurus missiles. The US, UK, and France have approved permission to use long-range missiles on Russia. The West should provide Ukraine with all necessary resources to win.

2. Following the assessment of a German military analyst, I agree with his opinion. The West is running the supply of weapons for Ukraine like a badly balanced computer game. Ukraine is only ever granted just enough equipment to be able to slow down Russia, but when it comes to providing resources that would give Ukraine decisive advantages, it is blocked.

   The authorization to use the atacms only in Kursk and to engage only targets that have already been attacked is a massive disadvantage. Giving the Russians the opportunity to disperse troop concentrations before they can be engaged with atacms is nonsense.

   The fact that Robert Harbeck, should he become chancellor, which unfortunately does not look likely at the moment, would deliver Taurus would not have a decisive effect on the war, at least according to the analyst. If you deliver a weapon system and then restrict its permitted use, you are merely engaging in symbolic politics.
